ParticLIO is a China-based LoRaWAN hardware manufacturer. We supply catalog sensors and gateways, and offer OEM, ODM, and white label partnership programs — including scoped firmware and software co-development on ODM projects. ParticLIO does not operate a subscription network-server or SaaS platform; integrators and partners own deployment, network server choice, and customer-facing software unless explicitly scoped in a custom agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate inquiry and order information, ensuring your devices and deployments comply with applicable regulations, and using our website and partnership services in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by ParticLIO and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

ParticLIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
